With a core concept of “creating with small discoveries from nature,” Mitosaya Botanical Distillery creates distilled spirits from a variety of fruits and botanicals. Together with FIL, Mitosaya has now created the ASODA lineup of sodas.
Drawing on the mineral-rich spring water of the Aso Caldera as well as natural ingredients including seasonal fruits and herbs, these raw ingredients are combined at Mitosaya into a low-sugar, non-alcoholic drinks with refreshing botanical aromas and flavors. They can be enjoyed as-is or used as a mixer for mocktails and cocktails.

Eau de Vie (French for “water of life”) is a distilled liquor made from fruits and grains. We create original products using ingredients from across Japan, as well as a wide variety of plants cultivated on the site of a former medicinal herb plantation. Based on the goal of “creating with small discoveries from nature”, we aim for rich expressions that are not limited to distilled spirits.
