- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
#Shipment - We ship orders within 7 days from when they come in. However, our warehouse is closed on weekends, holidays, the Bon Festival and New Year's holidays, and we do not ship during those times. Furniture items are made-to-order, and therefore may take up to one to three months to arrive.
- Please let me know about available payment methods.
#Payment - We accept cash on delivery, credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
We will contact you after the order with the designated bank account for a bank transfer.
In the case of cash on delivery, a standard handling charge of 324 JPY (including tax) will be added.
* The cash on delivery service cannot be used for products where the total length, width, and height exceeds 170cm, or when the product is heavier than 10kg.
* Cash on delivery cannot be used as payment for transactions where the product value exceeds 100,000 JPY.
* The cash on delivery service may be unavailable in some areas and in outlying islands.
* The order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 2 weeks.
- Can I use furniture or fragrance products for other purposes?
#Furniture #Fragrance - Some of our products are delicately made for your enjoyment of their design.
For your comfort, we ask that you not use any products for purposes other than their intended use.
Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for any issues that arise from the incorrect usage of our products.
- Where can I buy the furniture?
#Furniture - All furniture is made-to-order. Please visit our shop or email us to order the products. Furthermore, you can see sample products displayed.
- How can I care caps and plates?
#Furniture - This product cannot be used in microwaves, ovens, or dishwashers.
After use, wash product gently with a sponge or cloth and wipe off moisture. Store away from direct sunlight.
Staining may occur if when using things that are dark colored such as red wine.
- The color of the container for potpourri/candle is changing.
#Fragrance - The container is made from copper. It gradually changes color due to contact with skin, and this transition can be enjoyable to observe. Keep it dry and do not handle it with wet hands. If the container gets wet, wipe immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
- Is Epsomsalt the same as regular salt?
#Epsomsalt #Fragrance - No. Epsomsalt is another name of magnesium sulphate. It is, however, a similarly water-soluble crystal that is neutral and safe. Magnesium sulphate contains magnesium instead of sodium and supplies this to the body.
- Is it OK to use Epsomsalt for pregnant women or babies?
#Epsomsalt #Fragrance - Do not use it for babies. Since essenial oils is used for this prodct, you may feel your physical conditions change. Please use this product at your own risk or refrain from using it if you feel uncomfortable.
- The finished product is different from what I expected.
#Furniture #Fragrance - The color of the finished product may look slightly different from the pictures on the website according to the saturation or brightness of your computer monitor or lighting conditions when shooting. Products are not eligible for return or refund for reasons such as wrong image or wrong size. Please make sure to double check the size or color of the products before you order by contacting us or by visiting our store. Products can not be retuned or refunded for subjective reasons such as wrong aroma or wrong atmosphere.
- Is fillab available to use everyday?
#fillab - fillab is available for use/viewing through reservations. Availability may be limited on certain days, so please use the online form on the fillab homepage to contact us with any questions.
- Are machines in fillab available for immediate use?
#fillab - In fillab, it is necessary to attend a training session in order to learn to use the machines safely. Please feel free to contact us when you want to use fillab for the first time or if you need detailed information about the machinery.
