Established on the site of a former medicinal herb plantation in Otaki, Chiba, Mitosaya Botanical Distillery is Japan’s first fruit brandy distillery.

We create original products using ingredients from across Japan, as well as a wide variety of plants cultivated on the site of a former medicinal herb plantation. Based on the goal of “creating with small discoveries from nature”, we aim for rich expressions that are not limited to distilled spirits.
